Hi, I'm Mark, a dedicated psychotherapist based in Southampton, Hampshire. I offer professional psychotherapy and counseling services to adults, both in-person and online.

As a UKCP Accredited psychotherapist, I have met the stringent standards set by this respected organisation. This accreditation confirms my qualifications and extensive experience, as well as my adherence to the UKCP's ethical framework. I hold a Master's degree in psychotherapy and have successfully completed a comprehensive, high-quality training course.

The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a reputable regulatory body that ensures the accreditation and registration of therapists across the UK. Choosing a UKCP Accredited therapist guarantees that you will receive professional, ethical therapy of the highest standard.

I am also a fully trained EMDR therapist and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate no: 001845198253.

Therapy session £60

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis. I also provide a limited number of spaces for those on low-income or for students, contact me to ask about availability. The relationship between you and your therapist is important, I therefore offer a free initial consultation to all prospective clients, with no obligation on either side. Initial assessment appointments usually last around 30-40 minutes.

*Note that if you want to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours’ notice otherwise you will still need to pay for any sessions missed. I accept payment in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
